I’ve been to many crystal shops in Melbourne, but I’ve never seen such a wide range of crystals before. It’s like all the other crystal shops combined into one, where you can browse every type of crystal in one place. A must visit!!

A great place to explore dinosaurs. Great stop if you have toddlers who enjoy dinosaurs and crystals. A wide selection of crystals. There are also dinosaur structures all sorts. It’s free to have a look at dinosaurs in the garden. There is also a giant shark in a glass box there on display.

Some beautiful crystals but overpriced, for the amount of inventory they should be more reasonable for the public to purchase. Smaller stores sell better product for less $. Outside area is messy and some item bins have no prices available. Dinosaurs need work. And not sure what’s with Rosie but looks in terrible shape and covered with towel.

Rosie the Shark was a big disappointment. The range of crystals and property itself was great but in an awful/dodgy location. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the trip unless you’re going for the crystals.

This place is great fun to take the kids, lots of crates of various crystals and stones to browse through outside. The dinosaur park area is a nice space for the kids to run around and play. Just have to be mindful of the kids inside the shop where all the expensive and more fragile items are. Staff were really friendly and helpful, offering baskets and answering my questions about what certain stones were. They were very reasonable on pricing when purchasing items from a crate with a price range, for example $5-$10 or $10-$20. One item was labelled as $25 but we chose one of the smallest in the crate, they priced it by weight instead and we got it for $10. We were all a bit overwhelmed by the end, chasing after kids and overthinking what crystals to buy with so much variety around, so we were a little rushed to checkout and go relax. But overall Crystal World is a really nice place to explore and we really appreciated the lovely staff today.
