Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy for online orders , which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Does not apply to in-store purchases or EU customers -  please see the EU Right of Withdrawal section below.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If the 14-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your account on our store. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law, including perishable goods, sealed hygiene products once opened, and personalised items.
