This black framed Diplomystus dentatus fossil fish is an amazing specimen. This fossil fish has wonderful detail. This fossil is from the Eocene era, found at the Green River Formation in Wyoming.
The Diplomystus in this frame measures 425mm long from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail.
The overall dimensions of this amazing, ready to hang fossil are 575mm long and 75mm wide and 20mm deep to the raised portion of the frame.
This item can be viewed at our Exhibition Centre, which is located at 13 Olive Road, Devon Meadows, Victoria, Australia, 3977. Open hours are 10am until 5pm 7 days a week.
